Homemade Gluten Free Muesli with Goij Berries, Mixed Seeds
0% refined sugar, 100% Plant Based

Ingredients
- - 1 kg gluten free oats (can be with gluten if you don’t have any issues with it )
- - 0.25 kg buckwheat flakes - you can also add corn flakes (sugar free) if you’d like
- - 1 cup dry goji berry
- - 1 cup sunflower seeds
- - 1 cup pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to a jar, make sure it’s properly sealed You can add whatever you like, I make sure my muesli is well balanced with all nutrients, vitamins, and minerals through seeds, goji berries & flakes. I minimize sugars by sticking to nutrient rich goji berry.This is base muesli, when I make my breakfast, I’m adding what I would like on a given day, depending on hunger level, level of activity and my nutritional needs...
