Delicious Bean Dip

100% Plant Based

Ingredients
  

BEAN DIP INGREDIENT:

  • - 500 g cooked large beans
  • - 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • - 2 medium garlic cloves
  • - 1 medium sized red onion
  • - 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (if you want to go fat free, replace it with water)
  • - ½ cup of filtered water
  • - ½ tsp himalayan salt

    METHOD:
    Place the garlic, onion with oil or water and saute it for 5-10 minutes. Add the sauted ingredients and all the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
    Serve as a dip or spread, however you like it, enjoy!
