- 50gof sugar free muesli (I make my own - check the Homemade muesli recipe)
- 1heaped tbsp raw cacao
- 1tbspchia seeds
- 1tbspof superfoods (I use YOUR SUPER brand, I am not affiliated. I love the quality and the price, it's vegan, organic, and delicious. Go to their website and choose what you like.)
- 4-5dropsof stevia (depends if you like it very sweet)
- 10gof mixed nuts
- 3heaped tbsp mixed berries fresh or buy different berries frozen which allows you to enjoy them outside of season as well. I keep them in a jar defrosted (they keep well up 5days or so after defrosting)
- 2tbspof soy yogurt unsweetened
- 0.5cupof plant based milk (I use oat milk for extra natural sweetness or unsweetened soy milk, almond milk, etc… - depends on what you like)
Optional ingredients to add flavor, nutrients & volume:
- Extra nuts
- Extra berries fresh or dry
- Coconut flakes
- Raw honey, agave, maple syrup - but do go easy on added sugar, it’s really not necessary and sugar craving tend to develop easily :) Better to use sugar from whole fruit like banana or extra berries :)
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients first to avoid clumping.Pour your plant's milk over, see if you like the thickness, if you prefer more fluid, go for it :) Add stevia for sweetness. Mix in berries and other ingredients you want to blend in. Top with yogurt, mixed nuts and extra berries.Enjoy Bon Appetit!
