- 100grfine gluten free oats (can be with gluten if that is not an issue for you)
- 1cuphot water or plant based milk (I use oat milk for extra natural sweetness or unsweetened soy milk, almond milk, etc… - depends on what you like)
- 1tspcinnamon
- 0.5tspvanilla powder
- 1/4tspground nutmeg
- 1/4tspground ginger
- 1/4tspground cloves
- 1/2piecebig apple (200 g)
- 1pinchhimalayan salt
- 4-5dropsstevia (depends if you like it very sweet)
- 1tbspcoconut butter
- 10grwalnuts

If you like your porridge hot you can make it in a moment, if you like it cold, you can make it and leave it to cool for an hour and then put it in the fridge for extra coolness :)Cut apples in cubes and simmer them in 3 tbsp of water with 0.5 tbsp of cinnamon for about 10 minutes until they start to release juice and get soft.Mix oats with all the dry ingredients.Add apples and water or the plant milk of your choice.Bring it to all to boil and keep stirring, it will be literally 5-10 minutes and your porridge is ready. Add stevia (if you like it sweeter than it is :) ) and some chopped almonds to the mix to warm them up slightly.When it's ready, transfer to 2 bowls and dress it up with pieces of fresh apple if you’d like, drop pieces of coconut butter on top and sprinkle with whole or chopped almonds.Enjoy :)Bon Appetit!
