- 3tbspof extra virgin olive oil (if you want to go fat free, replace it with water)
- ½cupof filtered water
- ½tsphimalayan salt

METHOD:Place the garlic, onion with oil or water and saute it for 5-10 minutes. Add the sauted ingredients and all the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.Serve as a dip or spread, however you like it, enjoy!
