Zero limits

“Zero limits”

zero limits

I woke up this morning and spoke to my friend who’s constant way of greeting me is : “I’m stressed, “I can’t go on like this, help”:) I thought, here we go again, old, limiting beliefs, programming from the past came back to haunt poor woman.

What to do over the phone to help her out… Than I thought about Hoʻoponopono an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.Probably many of you know that the main objective of hoʻoponopono is getting to “the state of Zero, where we would have zero limits. No memories. No identity.” To reach this state, called ‘Self-I-Dentity’, one has to repeat constantly the mantra “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.”

Zero Limits

The idea is to take responsibility for all of your actions as well as everybody else. It may sound shocking to many, and as my friend, they might say “I’m not responsible for my partner being in a bad mood today”. Than we got into a long discussion about how it was not her fault, yet since it is her life she has to take responsibility for it and all that happens on the outside is a reflection on what happens inside her and by that definition she should only focus on cleaning herself and the clearer she become, the clearer her environment becomes. We got swept away by the idea of “Zero limits” and what amazing feeling it would be if we could reach that state where there is only peace and harmony.

What is Zero Limits?

I immediately send her link to the DVDs she could watch online , which would be a fantastic way of spending a weekend and we are to follow up on Monday on a progress, will let you know:) I encourage everyone to get familiar with the beauty of “Zero limits“, I caught myself and noticed how programmed I was by old completely ridiculous convictions, particularly about what I could or could not do, what people might think about me, beliefs about money what it is and what it’s not.

When you are a child you hear so many opinions from you family, teachers and you absorb it like a sponge and than when you grow up, you end up with a bunch of often opposing beliefs and they do shape your life. The worse part is, that you keep on playing those programs over and over again and as Einstein said insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results…” so true….

You can never reach the state of zero limits if you don’t erase these old blocks and sadly most people choose not to take that responsibility for their lives and suffer through this existence. My friend is 47 years old and for about 1 year now we have been working together, she is a strong, amazing woman, and through her whole life she hasn’t once come across such ideas.

Clearing to Reach Zero Limits

This whole year was quite a trip, only recently she started experiencing miracles and became more and more aware, that in fact you can change your life by implementing few small changes on a regular basis. Ho’oponopono though was always a bit problematic, as taking responsibility also for actions of others seemed to her and me as well, until I understood it, completely insane. I’m getting closer and closer in my clearing process, experiencing many bumps on the road ( i often think, that clearing your mind is just like getting a facial with good cleaning, all the pores are opened and more “crap” comes to the surface, but your skin is able to breath and after a while looks great, it does take a little bit of patience though to go thru the difficult and unattractive phase:) and then you have to repeat it and repeat it until you come to Zero:))

It was suppose to be a short post, but i have a tendency to get into it:) I leave you for the weekend with Dr Len, his story is amazing, you will find out how magical it is, when you watch this amazing recording from beautiful Maui. It’s a true pleasure to watch both Dr Len and Dr Vitale exposing all the secrets of getting back to purity and balance, great substitute for staring at TV, and afterwords you are equipped in a really powerful tool to face your fear and go back to “Zero limits“, have fun and enjoy your weekend.
